Full professionalism! Fast, straightforward and competent. I’ve booked an appointment for diagnosis of my old battery with one phonecall. The serviceman has come right on time, having notified me shortly beforehand, just as I’ve asked him to. Fully ready for action, he’s diagnosed my battery, proposed me a replacement of the old battery, which I have agreed on. We’ve had a nice chat during the entire replacement procedure. Those guys are great: tenacious, courteous, they will do anything and everything to help a customer in need. They’ve spent more than two hours by my car, trying everything they could to start it up, and they didn’t stop at diagnosing solely the battery and replacing it. Due to the problem being impossible to solve on the spot they didn’t want to take a single penny! Service quality on the highest level, after the arrival the battery was diagnosed, and solution variants were proposed. Despite the fact, that during the battery replacement the mounting bolt sheared off (rust), they handled that as well. So, I recommend, they don’t let their customer down if something goes wrong and that is very important. Prices are moderate, considering their engagement and that the service and replacement is mobile.

It’s so good that there is such a company. Every car breakdown is such a stress. Barely an hour passed since the malfunction report until the repair. In the meantime, we had a constant SMS contact. Fast and reliable malfunction diagnosis. In the end, we’ve replaced the battery which has already shown signs of weakness before, but I did not connect that to this large battery of mine.
